History of Camp Mille Roche

by on May 20, 2010

Camp Mille Roche

Camp Mille Roche is near Long Sault.  It is a beautiful piece of land near St. Lawrence River lined with trees. We have two buildings on one site – a kitchen and a craft building.  The kitchen has hot and cold water and a full cooking and dining area. The craft building can sleep thirty girls in really bad weather.  We have a site for those who like it rougher, with only lats and a fire pit. It is a great site for tenting and outdoor games with a bush nearby for hiking and trailblazing.  Also close by are the Lost Villages, Upper Canada Village, the bike trail that extends from Cornwall to past Morrisburg, and two conservation areas.
